Position: Family Behavioral Health Therapist: Employment Type: Full-Time Sign-On Bonus: $1000 A Day in the Life: As an In-home Family Therapist in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program, you will gain experience with an evidence-based practice that supports at-risk youth ages 12–17 years old while collaborating with their families in their homes, schools, and in their local communities using several different therapeutic approaches. As a therapist, you will have a caseload of 4-6 families and a flexible schedule to accommodate the family’s needs and your life outside of work. You will empower families to address problematic behavior and will help youth make life-transforming changes.
