Description The Inside Sales & Yard Associate is responsible for supporting customer sales at the counter while assisting with yard and warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient and safe handling of lumber and building materials. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Requirements: Sales & Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, contractors, and vendors Assist customers with product selection and recommend appropriate building materials Create accurate sales tickets and enter orders into the system Handle phone and email inquiries and follow up on customer needs Coordinate deliveries and customer pickups: Yard & Operations Support: Load and unload lumber and building materials for customers and deliveries Pull and stage orders for pickup or delivery Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (training/certification required) Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the yard and warehouse Assist with inventory movement, stocking, and cycle counts Team & General Dutie...
