Intrinsic is an AI robotics group at Google aiming to reimagine the potential of industrial robotics. Role: In this role, you'll manage Intrinsic's Compensation programs, which span external offer compensation, annual compensation planning, promotions, internal transfers, and recognition programs, as well as the potential special projects such as M&A events. You'll also build out our nascent Analytics function, making data and insights more accessible to leaders and decision-makers.
