Job Summary: The Senior Azure Systems & Platform Engineer supports enterprise mission systems in a secure DoD environment. This role combines systems administration and platform engineering responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure operations, deployment, and sustainment. *This position is contingent upon contract award.* Job Duties and Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities - Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure and hybrid enterprise environments, ensuring availability, performance, and operational stability - Deploy, manage, and sustain Azure compute, storage, networking, and identity-integrated services in accordance with organizational and security requirements - Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery activities for Azure-hosted and hybrid systems - Package, configure, and deploy applications and system components to standardized environments, ensuring consistency across development, test, and production tiers - Support platform standardization and environment readiness, including baseline configurations, images, and deployment patterns - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and application-level issu...
