Description Under the guidance of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, the Facilities Technician supports the manufacturing plant and maintenance department by ensuring all plant assets—equipment, buildings, structures, and facility systems—are maintained safely, efficiently, and within budget targets. The role provides both short-term operational support and long-term reliability improvements, with hands-on work across grounds, service contracts, office equipment, HVAC, fire alarms, carpentry, capital projects, plumbing , and other facility systems. The position also supports safety initiatives , OSHA and regulatory compliance , emergency response (on-call) , and contributes to managing facility maintenance budgets. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: - Execute a complete preventive maintenance (PM) and repair program for facility equipment and systems to maximize uptime and ensure safe operations. - Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC , compressed air system, electrical distribution and lighting , plumbing, ventilation , a fire/life-safety systaaa nd building automation systems (BAS) . - Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of emerge...
