Description Job Summary: The BESS Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time by providing accurate schedule forecasts, identifying risks, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization phases. This role requires a strong leader that will take ownership of driving accurate and up to date scheduling across multiple projects as well as taking initiative to drive process improvements where there is an opportunity to improve. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for BESS projects from NTP through COD - Build schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, civil, electrical, installation, commissioning, and grid interconnection - Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, OEMs, and subcontractors to validate logic, durations, and sequencing - Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments - Track project progress an...
