Job Description: We are looking for a hands-on Analytics Lead who can go beyond “what happened” and uncover why it happened and what should be done next . In this role, you will work with large-scale operational data to identify drivers of key trends, generate actionable insights, and guide business decisions. You will also lead a small team of analysts, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and impactful analysis. This is a high-visibility, stakeholder-facing role requiring strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes. This position is fully remote within the U.S. and will be a W-2 hourly engagement for 6 to 9 months. The hourly range is $60/hr - $75/hr. Candidates will be paid based on their work experience and skills.
