Description Intern: Type : This is a part-time position, days and hours of work are subject to change. Classification: Nonexempt: Summary/Objective: Responsible for completing projects that are customized to the intern’s interest and the needs of the staff directors and physicians at JWM Neurology. Location: JWM Administrative Office; 6983 Hillsdale Ct., Indianapolis, IN 46250 Supervision Received: Reports to Executive Director. Supervision Exercised: None. Essential Functions: The jobholder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to job position. Competencies: Travel: Minimal travel between JWM offices may be required. Proof of a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required. - Communicate call schedules with physicians on a daily basis. - Process reporting and analytics for business operations in EMR/EHR systems at the direction of the Executive Director. - Distributes weekly physician schedules to contracted hospitals. - Assist charge entry and patient account representatives with billing and data-entry, as needed. - Participates in project management at the direction of the administrators. - Other duties, as assigned. - Skills in Excel, Microsoft Suite products...
