We are looking for a Health & Safety Cluster Manager (all genders)who will manage Health & Safety areas in the logistic warehouses in Poland. Location of the role - Bydgoszcz WHY YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED…: Managing both internal and external safety audits. You will manage H&S aspects of the site in cooperation with an external company Monitoring occupational health and safety conditions and conducting occupational health and safety inspections at regional plants Participating in the development of occupational health and safety strategies Overseeing/implementing occupational health and safety projects Creating monthly and annual occupational health and safety reports for plants in the region, preparing departmental budgets Organizing the work of subordinate employees, conducting periodic employee assessments, establishing annual goals and development plans with subordinate employees Issuing opinions on procedures, instructions, documents, scopes of activities, and standards within the scope of their responsibilities Participating in the preparation of periodic analyses of occupational health and safety and fire protection Cooperating with the social labor inspection and company tra...
