Corporate Attorneys (Beverly Hills, CA): Manage corporate legal matters related to the company’s international operations, including formation of entities, corporate governance, local law compliance, and commercial contracting. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements. Qualified candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree plus 4 years of experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Requires Bilingual Mandarin/English.
