Are you passionate about providing a safe environment and creating positive and fun, high quality child care programs? Come join the East YMCA team! We are looking for someone to assist with management, direction and coordination of the Early Childhood team. The person will establish new program activities, assist with recruiting, hiring, training, managing, developing, coaching, scheduling and directing employees and volunteers as needed. This role is largely administrative in nature, so general office and computer skills are a must.
