Your new role: As a Senior Total Rewards Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Drive and implement compensation and benefit programs that align with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. Analyse external market data to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits packages. Provide specific support with reviews and analysis of regional/local rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, engaging in rewards partnering activities within the countries whenever needed. Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in rewards programs.
