Preferred: LCSW or LPC licensure. Job Summary: The Clinical Social Worker provides skilled Social Work services in areas of comprehensive case management, discharge planning, continuing care services, advocacy, and crisis intervention. This role specializes in handling abuse/neglect cases, crisis intervention and trauma informed care. The Clinical Social Worker conducts comprehensive mental health assessments to determine suicidality including completing the SAFE-T and makes recommendations to the treatment team. The Clinical Social Worker is skilled in safety planning and coordinating wrap around services, and completing legal paperwork (Licensed Mental Health Professional Statement) LMHPS for patients requiring involuntary detention. Minimum Education: Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field.
