The Y seeks to help all members of West Louisville reach their fullest potential by strengthening community cohesion, improving academic outcomes and advancing health and well-being. POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director will lead all aspects of this YMCA. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community leaders and other community advocates will be a critical part of this role. Significantly improving the community’s health and well-being and positioning the YMCA to be seen as a key player in solving community issues are top goals.
