Purpose of Role An opportunity within the Enterprise Resilience Office supporting the Operational Resilience Programme has become available reporting to the Head of Resilience, SSBI and Head of Enterprise Resilience Office EMEA. The successful candidate will develop and lead the implementation of State Street’s Global Resilience Programme, the goal of which is to ensure State Street is able to prevent, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions through Global policies and frameworks accounting for local regulatory guidance and best practice. The Operational Resilience AVP will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the framework inclusive of: maturing the quality, coherence and impact of our resiliency infrastructure, operation and internal service provision across State Street. This role will contribute to the execution of State Street’s operational goals and plans, by working in partnership with divisional/group management and/or external organizations to achieve the organization’s strategic resiliency and availability objectives.
