Note: Candidates must be based within the Central Illinois Territory (Springfield, Bloomington, Peoria) and able to commute to SumnerOne’s St. Louis office for training. All travel accommodations are covered during training. Field Service Technician: SumnerOne is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers within a defined Central Illinois territory. In this role, you will provide remote and on-site service and network connectivity support for Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, and Lexmark digital imaging systems, including copiers, printers, MFDs, and production devices. Responsibilities: - Service and support Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, and Lexmark equipment - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues - Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service - Install and configure new equipment - Maintain organized car stock and accurate service documentation - Partner with dispatch and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Average 4-6 scheduled service calls per day within your assigned territory Qualifications: - Experience in field service or office equipment repair is preferred, but we always welcome the opportunity to train mech...
