Some of what you will do: The Manager, Corporate Office Operations is responsible for the overall performance, experience, and operational management of Staples Canada’s Corporate Head Office. This role ensures the office environment is operationally efficient, aligned to hybrid workplace strategies, well-maintained, and supportive of employee experience and corporate culture. The role leads facilities operations, move management, workplace planning, and event execution in close collaboration with Internal Communications, HR, and external vendors. Specifically you will: Ensure safety, security, and compliance across the head office, including access control, visitor management, and emergency protocols. - Lead the overall operations and employee experience of Staples Canada’s Corporate Head Office, ensuring a well run, welcoming, and efficient workplace. - Oversee day to day building and facilities operations, including maintenance, janitorial standards, vendor performance, and service delivery. - Drive space planning and office move management, maintaining seating plans, coordinating moves, and partnering with HR and Executive Assistants on onboarding and team changes. - Coordinate...
