We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in the Malmo. About the role: As a Service Delivery Manager you will be part of a global team managing customer projects and service delivery initiatives. You will lead customer project teams, collaborate with third-party vendors, and ensure successful delivery across multiple customer engagements. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and partners, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment and are comfortable handling complex projects involving both project management and change management.
