City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Overview The Population Health IT Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic’s Population Health and Analytics solutions to advance value‑based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, quality, and analytics leaders to translate population health strategies into effective Epic solutions that improve patient outcomes and organizational performance. The manager provides hands-on leadership for Epic Population Health modules, ensures alignment with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements, and leads a team of analysts to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
