Senior Data Center Mechanical Engineer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in design, construction, and commissioning of either chilled water cooling systems, air handling systems, fire suppression systems, plumbing systems, or underground dry/wet utilities. - 5 years of experience with electro/mechanical assembly and mechanical testing procedures including resolution and comprehensive documentation maintenance for mechanical designs - 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design, construction environments, and their mechanical infrastructure. - 5 years of experience with data center operations and working with mechanical contractors and cross-functional project teams. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields, or a Professional Engineering (PE) license. - Experience in designing modular building scale assemblies, with an understanding of mechanical tolerances and tolerance analysis. - Knowledge of mechanical engineering and design principles with a focus in the areas of design for medium-scale production, structural beams/ele...
