Entry-Level Systems Engineer Company: Build the system-of-systems that protects the homeland. Boeing’s Phantom Works Missile Defense National Teams are hiring Systems Engineers to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO to work at the intersection of mission outcomes, architecture, analysis, integration, and test. On the Boeing-led Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) National Team , you’ll help the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) shape system-level concepts, architectures, requirements, and assessments that drive incremental upgrades to America’s Missile Defense System. On the Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) National Team , you’ll help evolve the integrating element that links sensors and weapons and synchronizes operations to deliver a layered defense across all phases of flight.
