Role Overview: The Senior Maintenance Associate ensures the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of assigned buildings performing daily and seasonal upkeep, coordinating and supervising vendors, responding to work orders and emergencies, preparing spaces and units for use, traveling across sites as needed, and continuously developing skills to support high quality, efficient facility operations.
