Job Title: Workday Consultant (Implementation) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to lead functional delivery across end-to-end Workday implementations. This role will own the product vision and backlog during implementation, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with project timelines and Workday best practices. Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional owner throughout the full implementation lifecycle: Discovery Design: Build: Test: Deploy: Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions Drive design decisions aligned with Workday best practices, minimizing over-customization Collaborate closely with: Functional Consultants Integration Teams: Client Stakeholders: Lead design workshops and solution validation sessions Ensure readiness for: Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Go-Live activities: Manage scope, prioritize backlog, and control scope creep during implementation Act as the escalation point for all functional decisions during deployment Required Experience & Skills: 7–12+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle...
