Project Management Supervisor (E7) – Transmission Project Management (PMO) JOB SUMMARY: The Project Management Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs) on activities associated with transmission line and substation capital construction projects. These positions will oversee statewide project management teams in Area Execution and will also be responsible for developing and training members of these teams. Job Requirements: - Education - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related field - Advanced degree and/or PE/PMP certification is a plus - Experience and Knowledge - Proven leadership abilities and commitment to Safety Excellence - Formal supervisory experience with performance management responsibilities is a plus - A minimum of 5 years combined experience in any of the following electric utility areas is preferred: - Transmission Planning, Transmission Design/Engineering, Transmission Construction, Transmission Maintenance& Support, Transmission Operations, and/or Power Delivery Project Management - Proven experience in successfully managing internal and external relationsh...
