Position Summary... What you'll do... We are hiring Certified Pharmacy Technicians for our Central Fill in Spring, Texas. Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately, but the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve. The candidate must meet state requirements to work as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, must be currently certified as a pharmacy technician (on the PTCB website or the NHA website) and registered on the Texas State Board of Pharmacy website. The pay for a Certified Pharmacy Technician is $24.00/Hr., plus a $2.00/Hr. shift differential for the 2nd shift. Required Shift Availability (Rotating Weekly Schedule, Sunday - Friday).
