Super + NFP Salary Packaging. - Part-time 18 -month contract position | Hybrid - 0.3 FTE / 0.2 FTE | 15 hours per fortnight. - SCHADS AWARD | $38.65 p/h - $41.45 p/h + 12% YOUR IMPACT: Diabetes Victoria is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate the delivery of a culturally responsive Vietnamese Diabetes Peer Support Program within the City of Yarra and City of Greater Dandenong. This role will support the structured implementation of the program, working closely with a bicultural health worker, community organisations, health services, local networks, and representatives from the City of Yarra and the City of Greater Dandenong. The successful candidate will help ensure the program is delivered in a culturally safe, inclusive and practical way, with a strong focus on engagement, health literacy, monitoring and evaluation, and long-term sustainability.
