Job Summary: As a Lead Developer (Python, GenAI), you will build the solutions that power our data-driven future. You will play a pivotal role within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, improving our ML and modeling platforms, increasing the speed of data product delivery, and driving innovative business solutions alongside partners outside of Technology. Operating as a hands-on individual contributor, you will own the design and implementation of a diverse array of Python-based services which integrate LLM capabilities directly into our ecosystem while serving as a champion for Generative AI. This role requires strong independent execution, the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, and a mindset oriented toward enabling and uplifting those around you.
