Career Site Header Job Summary: Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of community grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and utility systems at an individual property. Additionally, they supervise and oversee individual community maintenance team members. Job Duties: - Follows-up on work assignments to ensure efficient, thorough completion of assigned work orders. (Essential) - Assists with the selection of all contractual services as requested; monitors on-site contractors. (Essential) - Completes regular inspections of resident sites throughout the community. (Essential) - Assists in move-in procedures including resale inspection authorizations, commencement inventory checklists, lot modifications, maintenance of model home exteriors until sold, and insurance of supervisory presence over contractors and at time of move-in.
