Job description

The Digital Portfolio Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic delivery and optimisation of HCF’s digital portfolio. Reporting to the Digital Portfolio & Operations Lead, this role will manage the digital portfolio lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, effective governance, and performance tracking. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive transparency, prioritisation, and continuous improvement across Agile product and delivery squads. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for digital transformation, and experience in digital portfolio management within agile environments.
