Job Description WGL is seeking a Field Operations Clerk for our Hyattsville MD station. You will be supporting the Field Operations and System O&M field crew activities by researching, processing, maintaining, updating and documenting work activities for compliance, planned maintenance and service to customers. Your Responsibilities: - Create Job Packages for maintenance work including but not limited to printing of Service Record Cards, SmallWorld prints and other related documents. - Initiate, update FMDRCT conditions and WMIS work requests. - Initiate, update and document Miss Utility Locate Ticket information for maintenance work. - Initiate permit requests in Web Portal and WMIS and documents information for maintenance work. - Use CAD (Computer aided dispatch) and COS (Customer Order System) to track orders put in system. - Compile reports on orders pending to dispatch and those dispatched to contractors. - Process contractor invoices for payment. - Provide support to the Technical Supervisor, and Supervisor. - As directed, research customer complaints related to maintenance work performed in the field. - Maintain or update network-based rosters, logs, lists, spreadsheets and...
