Position Summary: As a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor at CVS Health, you will lead a team of non-exempt colleagues in our Knoxville, TN distribution facility. In this on-site, second-shift role, you will manage daily warehouse operations—including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling workflow—to achieve performance targets and service standards. You will oversee order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping activities while ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and strong team performance. This role requires flexibility, particularly during peak business periods.
