What you will be doing: As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor Specialist you will work as a trusted advisor with line managers across the business, providing advice and guidance on UK employee relations matters in accordance with our policies and procedures, to ensure a fair and consistent approach. Key responsibilities will include: Guidance and Compliance: Provide expert guidance to management on employee relations matters including disciplinary, performance, grievance and flexible working, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into intricate, HR-related employee grievances and ethics cases, resolving conflicts and recommending appropriate actions.
