Utility 1 Probation Pay Rate: Probation rate $21.38 after 60 days $21.88 Job Type: Full time /Overtime Guarantee Hours: 7pm-7am: Night Shift Differential $1.00/hr.(11pm-7am): The primary objective of this position is to provide production and housekeeping support to operations, shipping, and grounds. This position may be required to train and work anywhere in the plant to cover for production absence as needed for plant continuity of operations. Here’s a brief outline of this role… Assist preparing seconds for storage and shipment - Maintain housekeeping for the entire plant, including but not limited to, snow removal and sweeping. Indoor plant working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather - Conduct finished product audits and inventories as required - Assist with stacking seconds and hand stacking bundles as required - Operate sweeper and perform vehicle inspection - Monitor wrapper quality and assist wrapper attendant when re-wrapping and re-stacking shingles Inspecting the quality of finished product - Orders and maintains tools and supplies required to accomplish cleaning role - Painting of the facility and equipment as required - Assist in lace up for start-ups an...
