Job Description: Cable One is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to elevate the performance and future readiness of our network. This leader will set the technology direction for the company, strengthen operational execution, and accelerate innovation to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across our footprint. The CTO will have end-to-end accountability for network architecture, engineering, reliability, construction, cybersecurity and IT. This role is central to advancing Cable One’s network capabilities to support long-term growth. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will define and communicate a clear, forward-looking network strategy—guiding topology decisions, capital deployment, and the transition of legacy infrastructure. This leader will establish a roadmap for next-generation architecture that thoughtfully balances innovation, scalability, and cost discipline across a complex, multi-technology environment. The CTO will also play a critical role in evaluating and advancing key technology platforms, including fiber and HFC (DOCSIS 3.1/4.0), while leading IT and cybersecurity as part of the company’s broader transformation.
