Job description

Position Summary The Contracts & Sourcing Analyst supports enterprise procurement activities focused on vendor sourcing and contract development. This role plays a key part in coordinating vendor solicitations (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and supporting the negotiation, drafting, and administration of vendor contracts for the credit union. The position partners with internal business units, Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, and Finance to structure vendor engagements that meet operational needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations applicable to financial institutions. Primary responsibilities include supporting vendor sourcing initiatives, drafting and redlining contracts such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work, coordinating vendor proposal processes, and maintaining procurement documentation and governance standards. Qualifications/Experience: - 4 - 6 years of related experience in procurement or contract management.
