Job Title: Lead Person - FJ Custom Glove & Apparel Location : Lakeville DC Department : Custom Glove Apparel Operations Job Objective : To lead associates working within the FJ Custom Glove & Apparel area. To oversee, coordinate, and modify as needed the activities of the individuals within the work group in order to maintain an efficient, organized work flow. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure work area is safe, clean, and well organized. Ensure work is prioritized correctly. Ensure an even and consistent workflow through all department processes. Direct and coordinate the activities and assignments of all associates assigned to the area. Monitor work methods and coach to established operating procedures.
