To provide an accurate and compliant in-house pension administration service by managing member lifecycle events, maintaining high-quality pension data and ensuring timely, reliable information is shared with the outsourced Scheme Administrators (Police Pensions and Local Government). The role supports effective service delivery through strong collaboration with Payroll, internal teams and external administrators while maintaining up-to-date scheme knowledge and contributing to continuous process improvement.
