JOB SUMMARY: The Energy Innovation Projects Team Lead plays a vital role in supporting the utility’s mission to deliver reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy to all customers. This position is a working team lead responsible for implementing projects leveraged by 3rd party donations that deliver large-scale home and business efficiency and sustainability improvements, and for supervising 2 project coordinators who also manage project implementation activities. Working collaboratively across internal departments and with external partners, including community organizations, local governments, and funding agencies, the Team Lead ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer affordability and community energy goals.
