ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Adhere to and abide by all plant safety rules and regulations. - Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks. - Perform daily equipment check lists (IE crane checks, equipment checks, etc.). - Meet welder II requirements which include quality and productivity requirements. - Perform as a hand welder to fit-up vessels and weld out areas that are not robotically compatible or accessible. - Independently operate Robotic Welding Equipment. - Successfully utilize fixtures as required to setup jobs. - Ability to make minor adjustments as needed to operate Robotic Welding Equipment. - Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE: - Ability to utilize a computer with basic software skills. - Ability to utilize MRP/ERP system effectively. - Successful completion of 90 days of hands on robotic welding training. - Independent Utilization of the robotic welding software.
