IT Application Specialist - Output & Document Management

Job description

In this role you'll operate our output management setup; the system that takes transactions from our ERPs and turns them into business documents like invoices, packing slips, order confirmations etc., and then gets them to printers, email or various other endpoints. The Lasernet application sits at the center of it, with our ERP landscape which is a mix of current and legacy Microsoft Dynamics products, a manufacturing ERP, and a WMS serving as sources. In this role you may face variety of tasks which might mean chasing down why a packing slip stopped printing at one of our warehouses, building a new invoice template for a local market, and supporting a change request to change an existing template. You'll work across all of those ERPs, several connection methods, and a mix of delivery targets. You'll work alongside our Senior IT Application Lead, who maintains Lasernet today, with an external consultancy on retainer for the heavier pieces of work.
