Job DetailsJob Location: Estis Midland Shop- PRO - Midland, TX 79707Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: Day Provides leadership to the Production Solutions segment, to ensure environmental, health and safety compliance through developing positive relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities/Job Duties: Develops and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations as they apply to the organizations operations, including but not limited to: OSHA, EPA and DOT. Manage work related incidents with a focus on case management. Develop and implement employee-training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment, that ensure the health and safety of employees. Identify and develop best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
