As the Coordinator of Quality Assurance Sales, you will drive customer performance, quality and satisfaction. In close alignment with sales execution and the customer service team you will develop true customer understanding and deliver solutions that meet and exceed our customer expectations. You will provide assistance to the outside sales force by directing peripheral sales activities to the appropriate person and quote rates to current and potential customers in accordance with company guidelines. Monitor and take action with customer disputes focusing on the root cause and the identification of solutions. Maintain tasks related to reporting FIS workflows, ICCL requirements, and Genesis. Improve rated shipment percentage utilizing reporting and other resources aligned with KPIs Initiate wavier requests related to RA errors. Directly prepare contracts and amendments for processing by the Hapag-Lloyd Global Sourcing (HLGS). Submit and check tariff filings and coordinates COD with CSB.
