About the job: The Leadership Development & Coaching Partner will work directly with managers across Flatpay UK, from first-time team leads to regional leaders, helping them lead confidently, manage performance effectively, and build high-performing teams. This is not a traditional L&D role. It is a hands-on, commercially focused position embedded within a fast-moving, sales-driven environment.
