Job description
Your mission - Payroll management, employee outsourcing, HR data management, and handling tax and social security matters - Designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing HR policies, recruitment frameworks, and internal processes in line with legal compliance and market best practices - Providing solutions in compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and talent review - Working closely with the Head of Europe to develop and implement regional strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Partnering with HRBP to implement HQ or group-level HR initiatives locally - Analyzing market data and business needs to enhance organizational effectiveness - Acting as a key HR advisor for HQ stakeholders and business leaders - Full ownership of team budget planning and cost control - Overall responsibility for office operations and administrative management, including process optimization, team leadership, and internal coordination Your profile - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 5 or more years of experience in HR and office management, a certain understanding of IT infrastructure. - Native level in Chinese, fluent English. - Strong ab...
