Job description

iCapital is seeking an Associate Event Coordinator (Event Technologist) to join our global Events team based in Lisbon. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on Cvent or event technology experience who enjoys owning the digital backbone of events from registrations and event websites to invitations and attendee communications. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based event leads and support a global calendar of high-profile client events, conferences, and internal programs. What You’ll Do: - Manage event technology execution across global events using Cvent - Build and manage event registration sites, agendas, forms, and workflows - Create and deploy event invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post‑event communications - Manage attendee data, reporting, and list accuracy across multiple events - Support onsite registration setup, badge printing, and troubleshooting - Maintain event calendars, timelines, and technology documentation - Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Compliance, Legal) to ensure accurate content and approvals - Support integrations with other tools (where applicable) and apply best practices for data hygiene and reporting What We’re L...
