Role Summary: The Communications Agent is responsible for organizing, planning and executing a safe on time operation which requires coordinating between multiple departments. Key Duties: - Create and maintain a strong culture of safety. - Monitor all flights in progress for possible delays, weather, flight cancellations, and communicate accordingly. - Input arrival and departure information and code delays into a data entry system. - Monitor the station’s ground to ground radio system, and effectively communicate information. - Monitor the air to ground radio system with inbound and outbound flight crews on special services needed. - Plan for and coordinate aircraft tows, deicing...
