Position Overview: The Customer Experience & Digital Health Innovation Intern will work directly with CX leadership on strategic initiatives focused on emerging customer service technologies, AI, automation, and data-driven operational improvement. This is not a traditional observational internship. The intern will research cutting-edge CX and healthcare technologies and develop actionable recommendations to help modernize and transform the department.
