Description The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, engineering, and execution of greenfield power generation projects with a specific focus on gas reciprocating engine plants and behind-the-meter (BTM) applications for industrial, commercial, and utility clients. This role provides overall project leadership across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk; coordinates multi-discipline engineering teams; and serves as the primary interface between Sargent & Lundy, clients, contractors, and equipment suppliers from early development through commissioning and turnover. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution: - Lead full lifecycle execution of greenfield power generation projects (concept development through commissioning and closeout), with emphasis on gas recip and BTM assets. - Develop and manage project execution plans, including scope definition, WBS, schedule (Level 2/3), budget, risk register, and change management. - Coordinate multi-discipline engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil/structural, I&C) to ensure integrated, constructible, and operable designs. - Drive progress meetings, action tracking, decision logs, and status r...
