Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience with machine learning, LLM or AI. - Experience managing programs across the full software development lifecycle. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
