We ’ re looking for a proactive and people ‑ focused P&C Officer to join our Wacol team. In this role, you ’ ll provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, and help drive employee engagement and compliance across our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate HRIS records and process all employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, role changes and offboarding - Generate key HR reports to support workforce insights and operational decision-making - Coordinate and maintain employee recognition programs - Respond to employee queries regarding policies, procedures, entitlements, rosters and payroll timelines - Provide HR updates at operational meetings and support internal/external audits with accurate documentation - Conduct daily welfare checks and ensure absenteeism data is correctly maintained - Deliver HR induction sessions and support new employees through the onboarding experience - Monitor probation, training milestones and complete offboarding activities including exit interviews - Ac...
